We have a client looking for Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support to support their team with reception, administrative duties, as well as project support and material compilation. This is a long term opportunity with a well-established company offering competitive benefits!
As Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support you would be:
- Answering phone calls
- Entering Data into CRM systems
- Filing, scanning, and emailing documents
- Preparing reports
- Acquiring information needed for designers to begin working on projects
- Preparing project submittals
- Tracking permits
- Preparing foreman’s packs
- Occasional renewing vehicle registrations and permits retrieval
You may qualify for the Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support position if you:
- Have previous Project Admin experience.
- Have previous MS Office or Access software
- Are familiar with database uploads and project management
Pay: $22/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible options 7:00am to 12:00pm
