We have a client looking for Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support to support their team with reception, administrative duties, as well as project support and material compilation. This is a long term opportunity with a well-established company offering competitive benefits!

As Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support you would be:

    • Answering phone calls
    • Entering Data into CRM systems
    • Filing, scanning, and emailing documents 
    • Preparing reports
    • Acquiring information needed for designers to begin working on projects
    • Preparing project submittals
    • Tracking permits
    • Preparing foreman’s packs
    • Occasional renewing vehicle registrations and permits retrieval

You may qualify for the Part-Time Project Coordinator and Admin Support position if you:

  • Have previous Project Admin experience.
  • Have previous MS Office or Access software
  • Are familiar with database uploads and project management

Pay: $22/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible options 7:00am to 12:00pm
