Job Full Description
A specialty producer of lenses used in a variety of highly scientific and technical applications is seeking an Optics Fabrication Technician to join their quiet and motivated team. Fabricators are responsible for manufacturing and finishing glass lenses:
As Optics Fabrication Technician you would be:
- polishing
- beveling
- inspecting
- packaging assistance as requested
You may qualify for the Optics Fabrication Technician position if you:
- Basic math skills and manually dexterity required
- No previous lens fabrication experience required, but preferred
- Manufacturing or mechanical experience required.
Location Boulder, Co
Position Type: Full Time, Evaluation to Hire
Pay: $19-$23/hour DOE
Schedule: Mon - Fri 1pm-9:30pm Will need to train on 1st shift for 2-3 months and then move to 2nd shift
