Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team at our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, ensuring precision in the manufacturing process, and the ability to produce high-quality parts in a timely manner. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in producing components that meet exact specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions.
- Inspect and measure parts using precision instruments to ensure high-quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tooling, and machine parts.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming, and tooling.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to measure parts accurately.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to machinery.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and materials.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or training preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNC programming experience (e.g., G-code).
- Experience with both manual and CNC machines.
- Knowledge of various materials and machining processes.
