We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of work. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or other issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems quickly and effectively.
- Assist with the installation and repair of water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing appliances.
- Maintain clean work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction with plumbing services.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any follow-up needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
- In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid plumbing license or certification (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Own transportation and basic tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Previous experience with water heaters, sump pumps, and other specialized plumbing systems.
- OSHA certification or other safety training.
