Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Baler to join our team at a leading distribution company in Golden, CO. As a Baler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged and prepared for shipment.
Pay: $20.75/hr
Schedule: 5:30 am-2:00 pm OR 2:00pm-10:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate baling machinery to compress and package materials.
- Monitor the baling process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
