We currently have a Recruiter / Inside Sales Specialist position opening available at our Express Employment Professionals DANBURY, CT location. Join our team and help put people to work!
As a Recruiter / Inside Sales Specialist, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments.
The main goal of the Employment Sales Specialist is to put people into jobs, meet client needs & cross sell. Also network within the community in a business development capacity. You will be responsible for Account Management & Growth by cross selling different lines of service to companies we service.
Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience in a fast-paced business environment
· Excellent computer and basic social media skills
· Excellent typing and communication skills
· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
