Job Full Description

Office Manager- Full Time position

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support and manage day-to-day operations
• Provide routine supervision to team member(s) and administrative functions.
• Coordinate approval of invoices, payments, and donations
• Assist with contract management and deliverables tracking
• Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and welcoming visitors.
• Coordinate & schedule meetings, events, and trainings
• Assist in the development of plans and reports.
• Support and participate in presentations, social media, and publications.

Qualifications/Skills required:
• Academic degree in business/public administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including spreadsheet management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of fiscal management and budgeting.
