Job Full Description
We are actively looking for a Heavy Truck/Diesel Mechanic who is familiar with front ends, kingpins, alignments and/or suspension system.
Location: Hamden, CT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Compensation: $27-32/hr DOE
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Class 1-8 vehicles.
- Should have at least a basic set of tools, all specialty tools and equipment are provided. Must be comfortable working under dirty trucks and lifting heavy parts.
- Works well with other mechanics.
- Checking parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
- Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
- Repairing or replacing worn, old or defective parts of a truck suspensions
