Parts Manager

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a parts department for a truck shop, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service and maximum profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering and stocking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, customers and employees.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and maximize profitability.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems.
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Interact with customers to help identify and solve part related issues.
  • Must be comfortable working with dirty trucks and lifting heavy parts.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Heavy Duty brand knowledge 
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and control principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, windows, Browsers, Microsoft office (QuickBooks a plus but not required).
