Business Development Manager- Manufacturing Company
- Full Time, On Site position (not remote)
- Mon-Fri 8am-5p
- Compensation: $75,000-$100,000/annual plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Driving new business development and fostering long term relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate customer inquiries, RFQs, quoting activity, customer POs, sales and returns
- Manage company's social media and other marketing programs
- Originate customer communications via social media, blogs, web site landing pages, white papers, constant contact and other media
- Support, manage and recruit Manufacturer Reps
- Be current with technology impacting SEO and Lead generation
- Maintain data base of customers and prospects, order history, quotes, sales funnel and other traditional customer and sales reporting
- Develop and monitor sales budget and reporting results
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 8 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in Contract Manufacturing business
- Ability to read blueprint drawings for part specs
- General understanding of manufacturing process
- Excellent communication skills
