Job Full Description
An Express Employment Recruiting Coordinator is typically the first point of contact for all job seekers we speak with. First impressions are critical and we want to welcome all candidates with top customer service and a positive experience.
We are looking for a fulltime candidate to fill this in office role Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Welcome all applicants and visitors promptly with a warm and professional greeting
• Answer all telephone calls promptly and assist with questions, resolve issues or route calls as necessary.
• Document 100% of Calls in the Express system.
• Review and respond to all online applications on a daily basis.
• Document applications from various job boards and other sources on a daily basis
• Ongoing communication with candidates via phone calls, emails and texts as needed
• Assist in recruiting for skills needed to fill open job orders and work closely with Recruiting staff
• Schedule initial telephone interviews and conduct telephone interviews with all candidates
• Schedule onboarding and assist in the onboarding process of qualified candidates
• Work closely with internal recruiting team daily/weekly to discuss current recruiting needs
• Assist with any assessments required of candidates which may include paper assessments,
electronic assessments, processing I-9s using E-Verify and special recruiting projects
• Participate in other administrative and recruiting activities as needed
Express Shelton will offer paid holidays and PTO for this full time position. Training and growth to advance to a Recruiter position is possible.
