Express Employment Professionals is looking for a full time Team Lead working with a team of workers in Deburring Warehouse/Shop 

 

Production Floor Lead

Job Location: Windsor CT 

Salary: $21/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3PM - 11PM (this role will train 1st shift for the first month)

Qualifications:

• Prior lead/supervisor experience in the industrial field/mfg field
• Prior mechanical experience is a plus
• 2-3 years of industrial work history

Responsibilities:

• Deburring Machined parts to Client Specifications 
• Visually Inspect Parts for Quality Assurance 
• Team lead will assign work and manage other Team members on the floor
