Job Location: Hartford, CT
Salary: $18/hr
Shift: 1st shift MON-FRI 7 AM - 3:30 PM OR 8 AM - 4:30PM
Evaluation hire position:
Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor has an evaluation hire opportunity for our client in Hartford. We are seeking someone with great math skills and prior measuring and cutting experience.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant work in the same company
- Plastic and foam Cutting Experience is a huge plus
- Power tool and machine operating experience
- Math skills - converting numbers to fractions
- Experience using measuring tapes and measuring tools
- Background and drug testing is required
Responsibilities:
- Operating saws of all kinds ranging from table saws to computer operated machines
- Measuring product for cutting
- Some lifting and loading
- Must be able to lift 50lbs but most product is lightweight
