We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Communication: Act as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and team members.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing phone calls and emails and scheduling appointments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases and systems.
- Document Translation: Translate documents and correspondence between English and Spanish.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office space, including filing, sorting, and managing office supplies.
- Client Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries, providing information in both English and Spanish.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Basic Accounting Tasks: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
- Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
