Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Resets/Remodeling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming and enhancing retail environments by implementing planograms, resetting shelves, and assisting with remodeling projects. This position requires a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute retail resets and remodel projects according to planograms, layouts, and instructions.
- Adjust shelving, fixtures, displays, and signage to meet design specifications.
- Stock and organize products to optimize presentation and improve the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and store personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Remove and replace fixtures, assemble or disassemble shelves, and install new displays as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout projects.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies with layouts or inventory to the supervisor.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail resets, merchandising, or remodeling preferred, but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects (up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to read and interpret planograms and layouts.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with power tools and assembling fixtures.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with safety standards in retail or construction environments.
