Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a General Laborer for a Heavy Equipment Rental company located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.
Duties:
- Clean and detail equipment and machinery, including pressure washing and removing dirt, grease, and grime.
- Inspect equipment for damage or malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic maintenance and operational tests to ensure equipment readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, organizing tools, and disposing of waste properly.
- Load and unload equipment for customers and transport teams.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed, such as moving materials or assisting mechanics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a general labor, cleaning, or equipment maintenance role is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers.
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks requiring physical endurance.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
