Express Employment Professionals is currently looking directly for a General Manager for a Light & Fixture company located in Bradenton, FL.
Duties:
- Manage all daily operations by planning and executing on short and long-term strategic goals and ensure annual business plans are developed and implemented.
- Manage all departments: Marketing, Sales, Shipping/Receiving, Back Office, Administration, etc.
- Recruit, motivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
- Maintain strong financial oversight of all operations including revenues, expenses, profitability, and financial reporting. Evaluate and continually improve company performance by analyzing and interpreting KPIs, data, and metrics.
- Monitor & ensure each department's monthly & yearly sales, gross profit, expense, and net profit goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager and above or similar executive role. Minimum 4 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics.
- Strong references and referrals supporting previous experience and achievements.
- Experience with Light Fixtures is preferred but not required.
- Must have strong Customer Service skills.
