Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Lead Painter for a Residential Painting company located in the Lakewood Ranch, FL area.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing holes and cracks.
- Mix and match paints and stains to desired colors and textures.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety guidelines.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter.
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting
