Duties:
- Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability before submission.
- Provide customers with order confirmations, shipping details, and tracking updates.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and product issues promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and CRM/order management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
