Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an Order Management Specialist for an Aftermarket Boat Accessory company located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.
Duties:
Monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers.
Communicate directly with the customer regarding their orders, delivery dates, customer requests.
Ensure the company's order management system is continually up to date with the latest delivery information.
Verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring its quality before shipment to avoid complaints and issues
Helps resolve production and distribution issues associated with accounts.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relations.
Requirements:
3+ years of Order Management experience
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Explains and contextualizes industry structure, dynamics, and path to market to advance organizational goals.
