Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is seeking an Office Coordinator for a growing small business.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling and various correspondence.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and reordered when necessary.
- Receive client payments. Process credit card payments.
- Perform light cleaning tasks around the office to maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Ensure that the front entrance, reception area, and other high-traffic areas are clean and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
- Presentable appearance and pleasant customer service demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision to perform daily tasks.
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge needed. Excel proficiency also with transferring numbers and pertinent details.
- Previous experience in a small office environment and working independently.
- Must answer phones and return calls as needed daily. Provide details of service scheduling.
- Reliable, Honest, Punctual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all times.
- Full background and drug test and skills test required.
