Duties:
-Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
-Maintain organized records of homeowner accounts, property files, and community documentation.
-Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
-Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors for service scheduling and follow-ups.
-Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and mailing.
Requirements:
