Job Title: Experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Overview:
We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brandon on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing turnover maintenance on vacant apartments, completing general maintenance work orders for residents, and assisting with maintaining the grounds on the property. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in general maintenance, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a broad knowledge of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform turnover maintenance on vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
- Complete general maintenance work orders for residents, addressing a variety of repair needs.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate any significant issues to management.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of related experience in general maintenance.
- Broad knowledge of maintenance tasks and strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
