Accountabilities and duties:
Guide:
- Guide customers through their order and process it in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite
- Help customers navigate company’s website (and in the future place orders online).
Communication:
- Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and in
Product knowledge:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, to our customers, following the company policies.
- Suggest relevant information about other products and
- Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Teamwork:
- Work with internal departments to meet our customers'
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as
Problem Solving:
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status
Required Skills & Experience
- Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom
- Opening customer accounts by recording account
- Maintaining customer records by updating account
- Maintaining customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments
- Once all orders for the day are done, customer service needs to do be able to do the following:
A. Closed the credit card.
B. Counting the cash.
C. Make sure it is balanced.
D. Print the report from NetSuite and make sure it matches with your cash from the
- Preparing product or service reports on NETSUITE by collecting and analyzing customer
Basic Qualifications
- High school College degree is a plus.
- Bilingual is a must – 100% fluent in English, and in Spanish (read, speak, write)
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with MS
- Ability to pass a background check and drug
Job Type
Full-Time. Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Benefits
Basic salary starts at $19.00 per hour.
