Joy is a proud mother of three boys and wife. Raised in Pensacola, she spent two decades in Biloxi, MS, building a 15-year career in the Hospitality and Gaming Industry. As part of the opening team at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, she gained extensive experience in roles ranging from Concierge to VIP Services Manager, honing her skills in customer service, team management, and operations.
Pivoting her career, Joy joined Express Employment Professionals in Gulfport/Biloxi, MS, initially as an associate with a banking client. She later became a Front Office Coordinator and expanded her expertise in Industrial Staffing, Administrative Staffing, and Professional Recruiting, while managing internal hires across five office locations.
In 2020, Joy became the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals in Brandon, FL. She now leverages her leadership and staffing expertise to help businesses and individuals succeed. Outside of work, Joy treasures time with her family and fostering connections in her community.
