Quality Control Inspector ($21-$23)
Long Term – Full Time
Monday - Friday
Express Employment in Broward County is currently hiring candidates with quality control experience for a local company in Hollywood, FL. Position is full-time and has long term opportunities.

What we look for in a Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of aviation experience is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year in warehouse experience as a quality inspector or quality checker.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring and inspection instruments.
- Knowledge of systems such as Quantum or Pentagon is a PLUS.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions required.
- Record inspection findings in company systems using Quantum or Pentagon software.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or deviations in product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Participate in audits and assist in the development of quality control procedures.
- Fabricate test samples as needed for further analysis or validation of processes.
