Located in The Villages, FL
Salary: $25/hour + based on experience
Schedule: 11 PM – 7 AM Monday through Friday
Industrial Maintenance Lead Summary:
A popular manufacturer is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Lead to join their growing team. This job is a Monday through Friday position. With opportunities for Overtime.
Industrial Maintenance Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance team
- Ensure machinery and equipment are running smoothly
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Ability to lead effectively
Industrial Maintenance Lead Requirements:
- Proven experience and verifiable track record as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of automation
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline or technical college/trade school
