Located in Wildwood, FL
Salary: $16
Schedule: 7 AM – 4 PM Monday - Friday
Shipping Associate Summary:
A global utility supply company with a local facility is seeking Shipping Associates. This is a great opportunity to gain permanent employment with a global company with generous benefits.
Shipping Associate Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments
- Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documentation
- Schedule large shipments, keep files of goods shipped/received, prepare reports
- Place merchandise in warehouse/storage by packaging, lifting, forklift, pallet jacks
Shipping Associate Requirements:
- Basic math
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to operate forklift and order picker
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to carry and lift overhead items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
- Successful completion of pre-employment checks
