Job Full Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing support and guidance to clients through various legal processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal practices. The Case Manager will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure that all case-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Primary contact for client's case with respect to the client, adjuster and medical providers
  • Confirms patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical consultations
  • Obtains approval and performs recorded/unrecorded interviews with the client and insurance company
  • Performs Monthly Case reviews every 30 days as outlined by the Frim to ensure all aspects of the case are on track
  • Notes client injuries, ongoing symptoms, and treating providers
  • Updates the clients on the status of their cases and any key important dates
  • Reviews treating providers with the client regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Maintains the Medical Records with all providers associated with the client's treatment

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective client communication.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely for various legal documents and correspondence.
  • Experience providing executive administrative support is a plus.
