- Job Title: General Manager Laundry Operations
- Location: Panama City Florida
- Pay: $75.000 per year
What we look for in a candidate:
- Background in Laundry Management is a MUST
- 2 years minimum in Laundry Industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of laundry operations, equipment and maintenance
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in using technology and software related to laundry operations
- Bilingual English & Spanish
Job Details:
- Oversee daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficiency & high-quality service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies.
