Job Description: Express Employment Professionals, a local staffing agency in Okaloosa, Bay, and Walton Counties, is seeking Service Technicians of all skill levels. Whether you're an experienced technician or just starting, we have an opportunity for you!
Join a team with factory training and certifications on top brands such as Kenworth, CAT, Paccar MX, Cummins, Transmissions, and more. We are open 7 days a week, and we offer flexible schedules for our technicians.
Position Highlights:

Full-time positions with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

Pay is based on experience, with a pay range of $18–$38/hour, and hourly and flat rate plans to suit your preferences.

Bonus pay based on productivity and efficiency.

Strong training program, including factory certifications in Kenworth, CAT, Paccar MX, Cummins, Electrical Systems, Transmissions, HVAC, and more.

Work in a family-friendly environment with a business casual dress code.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Valid state license and good driving record.
-
Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
-
Dependability and strong work ethic.

CDL license (a plus but not required).
-
Knowledge of CAT or Cummins engines (a plus but not required).
-
Experience with Eaton or Meritor transmission rebuilds (a plus but not required).
-
Experience with rear end rebuilds (a plus but not required).
-
PACCAR MX training (a plus but not required).

Technicians should bring basic tools: pliers, punches, chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, pry bars, Allen wrenches, Torx bits, wrenches, ratchets, and sockets (both SAE & metric sizes).
