Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with Brunswick IT, support end-users, and drive business process changes through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues across the company.
• Provide first-level support for end-user devices and peripherals, including PCs, laptops, tablets, Android devices, printers, and scanners.
• Support the Brunswick network infrastructure.
• Perform routine device replacements according to warranty schedules.
• Deploy new technology and devices to users and shop floor operations.
• Accurately document work processes and use Brunswick ITSM software for task tracking.
• Act as a technical resource for special projects while maintaining day-to-day responsibilities.
• Communicate updates, upgrades, and planned outages to end-users.
• Follow Brunswick Information Security guidance and regulations.
• Maintain attention to detail and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, Android devices, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and corporate networks.
• Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable program preferred.
• 5+ years of experience providing technical support in a related field.
