Sales Representative – Tile Industry
📍 Location: Florida (Candidates must be located in or around Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach Counties)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating revenue by selling tile products to potential customers outside of the showroom and within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in the A&D community, builder, and developer markets and a proven ability to build strong relationships while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting architects, designers, builders, and developers
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Conduct weekly sales calls, including servicing existing accounts and cold calling potential customers
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and pricing details
- Monitor and analyze customer sales performance and margins
- Occasionally assist in the showroom as needed
- Work independently to prospect and follow up on new business opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of outside sales experience (tile or A&D industry experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with high-end and luxury brands is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel regionally as required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
