Order Entry
Fort Myers, FL
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an order entry candidate for a flooring company in Fort Myers.
Job Summary/Duties:
- Data entry for assigned Sales Associates.
- Back up for front desk/phones.
- Enter installer payroll.
- Perform accurate and timely entry of customer selections into order processing system.
- Identify and escalate gaps in company and customer ordering information with the
- appropriate level of urgency.
- Research shortages with sales and provide accurate details of all shortage issues.
- Monitor orders using system reports and communicate progress to leadership. Proactively
- communicate to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order
- Immediately process any changes that may arise
- Monitor and track customer orders to meet material lead times and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain customer procedures regarding selection, billing back-up and order
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
Hours: Monday – Friday / 7:00AM to 4:00PM
