Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at a water system retail store. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for driving sales and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure product availability for customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to meet and exceed store goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, sales targets, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar managerial role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving performance goals.
- Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A background in water systems or related industries is a plus but not required.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weekend availability may be required)
