Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the sales team at a leading window manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Be available on-call on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to assist customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.
