Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a busy manufacturing facility in Fort Myers. The primary function of this role is providing top notch customer service to clients and potential buyers.
Express Employment has teamed up with one of the leading manufacturers of hurricane shutter products. This growing company has expanded their departments to better serve their customers which has generated 2 open spots for customer service representatives.
The main duties of this position are:
- Answering questions about a company's products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company's offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Heavy phone work.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook are important in the position to succeed.
Working hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday.
Salary offered: $17 - $18/hour
Exceptional benefit package offered after probation period.
