About the Role:
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join a reputable fence company. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless installation process by coordinating schedules between operations and customers. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the workflow of multiple crews, overseeing installation timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage five installation crews at least five days a week.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between operations and customers.
- Coordinate installation, inspection, and final payment processes.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with both internal teams and clients.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while staying highly organized.
