Job Full Description
Are you an experienced Probate Paralegal eager to take charge of a growing department? Our client, a reputable probate law firm in South Fort Myers, is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to help expand and support their probate practice.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of probate cases, from initial filing through final distribution.
- Prepare, file, and track legal documents including petitions, inventories, accountings, and claims.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions regarding probate matters.
- Manage probate calendars and deadlines, ensuring all filings are timely and accurate.
- Draft and review correspondence and legal documents under the direction of attorneys.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and court appearances.
- Support the firm’s efforts in growing and expanding the probate department by contributing to workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of probate experience – Strong knowledge of estate administration is required.
- Self-Starter Mentality – Someone who thrives in a growing and innovative environment.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Capable of effectively managing multiple cases simultaneously.

- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
