Are you looking for a fun and rewarding retail opportunity in a high-end surf shop on the beautiful Captiva? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join an upscale retail store known for its exceptional service and exclusive products.
Position Details:
- Location: Captiva, FL
- Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 9 PM (flexibility within these hours required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $17/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a discerning clientele.
- Assist with merchandising, sales, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Represent the store’s upscale brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Must be a nonsmoker.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Previous retail experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
