Job Summary: Electrical Assembler
We are seeking an Electrical Assembler / Wire Crimper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, cutting, stripping, and crimping electrical wires and harnesses according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various hand tools and crimping equipment to ensure high-quality electrical connections. This is for a international company in the Ft Myers area.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
Cut, strip, crimp, and assemble wires and cables using hand tools, power tools, and automated crimping machines.
Inspect wires and terminals to ensure proper connections and quality standards.
Assemble electrical components and harnesses following technical specifications.
Perform continuity and quality checks on completed assemblies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines.
Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
