Front Desk Administrator – Flooring Company

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator for an established flooring company in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a customer-facing position and has excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers both in-person and over the phone.

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to visitors and clients.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, digitizing paperwork, and other office duties as assigned.

  • Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain a smooth and professional workflow.

  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for all visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and computer applications.

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

  • Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: From $20.00 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)

  • Work Location: In-person at 16831 Link Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33912
