Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for a growing home product builder in the Fort Myers area. Key Responsibilities:

Administer day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR compliance

Maintain personnel records and ensure documentation meets regulatory and company standards

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretation

Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates

Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

Act as a cultural bridge, providing effective communication and support between management and Spanish-speaking employees
Qualifications:

Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

2+ years of generalist-level HR experience

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and confidentiality standards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
