Job Summary: Bilingual Driver / Warehouse Associate Cape Coral
The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for delivering equipment and materials to customer locations, job sites, and other company branches, as well as assisting with warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be bilingual.
Driving & Delivery:
- Safely operate company vehicles (up to [insert size/class, e.g., 26-foot box truck]) to deliver and pick up water pumps, parts, and equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate tools and securing methods.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups.
- Follow all DOT, company, and local traffic regulations.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space.
- Assist in cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual
- 1+ years of experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or similar roles.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Forklift experience
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

Schedule: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri (some overtime may be needed)
