Job Full Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Garbage collection and loose trash patrol
- Cleaning patios
- Moving furniture when necessary
- Empty pet waste stations
- Maintaining small hand tools and shop
- Pressure washing
- Cleaning of compactor area
- Checking sprinkler system and making repairs to heads, etc.
- Operating a golf cart and other equipment
- Planting flowers, shrubs and trees if required
- Operating blowers, back pack/ push blowers
- Handling gasoline and other chemicals
- Spraying insecticides
- Painting patios/balconies, breezeways, and railings
- Performing other related tasks as needed
