Job Title: Residential Electrician (Apprentice Commercial Electrician)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Class 2 Residential Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their expertise into commercial electrical systems while continuing to apply their residential skills. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians on diverse projects, learning commercial installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Electrical Work:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local electrical codes.
Commercial Electrical Training:
- Assist in commercial electrical installations, such as conduit bending, panel setup, and large-scale wiring.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of commercial systems under the guidance of senior electricians.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop expertise in commercial electrical codes and standards.
General Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

Current Class 2 Residential Electrician certification (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and tools.
Basic familiarity with commercial systems is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced commercial electricians.
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in confined spaces.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
