Job Title: Production Lead
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to join our team in an HVAC parts manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a production leadership role and is eager to grow with our company. This position requires a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and skilled in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a diverse team to meet daily production goals while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, actively participating in day-to-day production tasks.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure production requirements and deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
- Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and high standards.
- Adapt to working conditions, including warm or cold environments, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Lead in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and meeting production requirements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to positively influence and inspire others.
- Hands-on leadership approach with a willingness to actively participate in production tasks.
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (warm or cold).
- A positive attitude and the ability to create a supportive and comfortable atmosphere for team members.
- Clean background and drug test
Working Conditions:
- The facility may have warm or cold environments depending on the season and production area.
