As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, or online.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their office furniture needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present product options and features effectively to customers.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales orders.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Educate customers on product care and maintenance.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory and delivery timelines.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Process transactions and follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for design and an understanding of ergonomic and aesthetic furniture solutions is a plus.
