We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales, customer service, and communication who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Effectively communicate product benefits, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
