Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead and manage the sanitation team during the PM shift & NO (Night Owl/3rd) shift. This role entails ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all plant machinery and facilities, supervising a team of sanitation personnel, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of sanitation personnel to achieve daily and preventative cleaning objectives.
- Conduct thorough audits and inspections to maintain high sanitation standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Organize and manage the dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of machinery using various tools and equipment.
- Maintain, document, and ensure adherence to the master sanitation cleaning schedule and associated records using both manual and digital systems.
- Facilitate effective communication across shifts to ensure continuity of operations and attention to pending tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the plant's overall production and quality goals.
- Monitor and manage sanitation budget constraints, recommending improvements or equipment purchases as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and company safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., SQF, HACCP).
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and support the sanitation team, ensuring high performance and addressing any operational issues.
- Plan, assign, and monitor team tasks, handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

Work Conditions:
- Shifts range from 8-12 hours, with potential overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- Work environments may vary in temperature and noise levels, with exposure to high temperatures and dusty conditions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated record of excellent work performance in areas of productivity, safety, and leadership.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sanitation software.
- Mechanical aptitude and effective decision-making abilities.
